One scholar was arrested after one other scholar was stabbed Friday in a struggle at Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, spurring a quick shelter-in-place order for the campus, authorities stated.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department tweeted simply earlier than 2:25 p.m. that deputies have been responding to Trabuco Hills, the place college students and staffers have been advised to take shelter.
A male scholar was taken to a hospital with accidents that weren't life-threatening, and one other male scholar was arrested, officers stated. A struggle escalated into the stabbing, Sheriff’s Sgt. Ryan Anderson stated.
“At this time, it seems to be an remoted incident and one individual has been detained,” the Sheriff’s Department stated on Twitter.
The division reported that the shelter-in-place order had been lifted by 3:40 p.m. and that college students have been leaving campus.
The Saddleback Valley Unified School District didn't instantly reply to requests for remark Friday afternoon.
